Terms and Conditions

We only accept cash as a means of payment. Full payment has to be made in order
for you to receive your cargo. After five days your cargo will attract a storage
fee of one hundred Jamaican dollars per day.

Clients who wishes to use our credit card for online purchases will be required to
pay our usage fee which is $5USD FOR ITEMS UNDER $50USD. Add $5usd for every $50usd
increment. Please note that the USD rate is calculated at the banks daily dollar rate.

Once you receive your cargo from our office you should properly examine your items before
your leave our office. Failure to do so will result in no compensation for damaged items.
If an item is lost while in our possession we will replace the item.

Once you register with us you are authorizing us to act on your behalf. Note that your cargo
is subjected to search by the United States postal services and also the Jamaica customs
department. By registering with us you sign that no illegal content is inside your cargo and
that you take full responsibility for all the items you ship. If you wish to use your passenger
declaration form to clear your items please inform us ahead of time and provide us with the
relevant documentations.
